Patient Case: “Doctor, I waited too long, but now please help me!”

legwaited

We often see patient cases on SERMO of patients who waited too long to be seen for treatment by a doctor, for one reason or another. Today’s case comes to us from a Family Practitioner from Italy.

Male, 83 years old, visually handicapped, comes into my office complaining of this skin lesion of the leg for 3 years, without itching or pain. History of hypertension and diabetes. Labs are ok.

Guess the diagnosis!
