This patient presented in the Emergency Department for evaluation of depicted lesions that have matured over the past three weeks.  Patient has been using a combination of rubbing alcohol and peroxide for “treatment” several times a day prior to being seen, and denies systemic symptoms, environmental exposure, trauma, burn, new medication, etc.
